It all began with a partnership.
Xode was founded in 2018 by Husband and Wife team Jared and Victoria Gombert. Their strong union was the foundation of the good work that we continue to deliver.
We believe that good work requires leaders who embrace change and who support, celebrate and challenge one another's perspectives and approaches.
Long-lasting partnerships start when we have open and honest communication, contribute ideas and strategy, and are forthcoming about where we stand and what we want to accomplish.
When considering a client partnership, we measure the potential client against five criteria to ensure it will be successful and that we’re a good fit for each other.
This includes: having access to decision makers, ensuring their requirements fall into our industry expertise, that it's financially viable for both parties, that we can quickly build momentum, and lastly - that we can undeniably create something outstanding for the client.
